  3. Should I wait the pills to fully disolve?

    The directions on the bottles of my 4-AD and 1-Andro say to hold for 30 seconds, then swallow, but in another thread I've read it's best to hold the pills in your mouth until they fully dissolve. Is that so? And doesn't it matter if they are under my tongue or?

    How should you space your doses troughout the day? 12 hours between each dose? Do you have to wait between your 1-Andro and 4-AD pills? And should you take them or empty stomach or with meal or with fats?
