No pre workout will "give" you gains. Gains come via a combination of progressive resistance overload and a calorie surplus. That being said the pre workout I have found to help enhance my training the most has been uncut thus far

Been helping cut off that excess holiday lard nicely. Might sub in Norcodren for alphamine and see if I notice anything different

As others have mentioned ARA + ABE along with some gms and one of the carnitines is solid. Im running that stack plus alphamine and and 50 mg of forskolin-95. Doesnt get much better
