    I'm in the Navy too so I'll be following this log. I hate the food in the galley. It's so hard to keep proper nutrition on a ship. What ship are you on btw?

    Congrats man. I'm in the same area as you as far as the weights. I've just now started to lift seriously and 185 is around my max. I'm going to try to improve alot over the rest of this year.
