Ring dips? It's not like anyone who's serious about ring training just jumps on them without being able to first execute a decent static hold in the support position.
It's called progression. The whole point of the rings is to build those stabilizers up.
I know some powerlifters utilize higher reps as everyone is different, but dont most who train with strength as the goal use an even lower number of reps (1-5) than what this study utilized? Even at 6 reps it is no comparison to the jolt and development of the CNS when lifting submaximal weights.
The erase was my main concern. I guess Ill give every day a try and if they dry out too much Ill go to EOD. Thanks for the advice. Ill let you know how the stack turns out.
Any opinions on this stack? I'll be running this for 6 weeks. Erase is hard on my joints so Ill be taking it every other day. I read its not necessary to take erase every day for it to be effective anyways. The rest will be recommended dosage.
