    Training before was very lazy. About 3 times a week of only 40min. Now I do 300 pushup in the morning and train 5 to 6 times a week. But nothing less than 5 times a week with 2 hour sessions. Never following the same workouts. Always trying to shock the brain and muscle with different routines...
