Do take raw food in your diet,
Sleep 7/8 hours,
Avoid soda and do take fresh fruits,
Drink 1.5 gallon of water daily,
Chew food well before swallowing,
Do start any physical activity with diet to get results quicker.

Clean diet includes fruits, vegetables, skinless chicken, tuna fish, fat free dairy, low carbs.
All that food which you can't take in diet plan comes in dirty diet. It includes soda, bakery items.
