    Well, here's my typical day: Get up and take 2 scoops of Alphamine then do an Insanity workout (usually the Max ones) on an empty stomach. Then protein shake (about 50g protein) with a banana afterward. I drink water all day. I'll have a protein bar (a gluten free one that's around 200 calories)...

    Got my alphamine and I've added 2 scoops when I get up on an empty stomach and another scoop 5-6 hours later on top of what I listed above.
