Last year I was in decent shape... 6'1, 220lbs and 10% body fat.... this year I had three surgeries for torn ligaments in both wrists. The damage to the cartlidge in both wrists required having all the wrist bones removed. It's called "proximal row carpectamy"... My right wrist was done in june...
