Grip strength being directly correlated with heart health is a pretty ridiculous assumption. And while I agree that grip strength is important, it can never adequately keep up with back strength. Especially when you consider that your forearms are utilized in some way for 80%+ of the exercises...
You are indeed confused. The first two tubs I bought were maybe a light brown maybe golden brown? A difficult color to describe both the powder and finished mix are now a markedly different color. I can send pics if you doubt me as I still have a bit of ol crusty left in the old tub.
The most recent tub I ordered the powder is more of a reddish color, and the taste is slightly different. Is this any indication of the new version or is it unrelated?

I've recently started carrying a small bag as much as I hate doing it. Keep clips, chalk, straps, wraps and my keys in it. I used to carry a bag of chalk on my passenger side floor and tell people who rode with me that it was cocaine.
Try liquid exemstane man. I thought nolva was bad till i tried that. Now i use the nolva to get the exemestane taste out of my mouth. Liquid rc still has its uses if you want/need it in 3 days instead of 3 weeks
