I'm 23 and was just recently certified as a PT through NASM. I was a 3 sport athlete in high school and a 2 sport athlete at the collegiate level. I always took lifting serious for the sports I participated in, but once my sports career was over I looked at lifting as a "never ending sport" for me you could say. Over the past 7 months I have grown a very passionate and disciplined lifestyle towards lifting. I'm very passionate and extremely positive when it comes to training people! For me personally, there's no better feeling than seeing the pure amazement and excitement on someone's face knowing you changed their life for the best. However, I just broke my fibula and ankle causing me to have to have a pretty serious surgery on my leg March 10th of this year. I have a very bumpy BUT straight path to recovery ahead of me over the next couple months.
Occupation
I work full time Public Works for the city i live in (Water/Street/Sewer). I'm also a personal trainer at the gym where I live and do that in my free/spare time.
