What's everyone's routine on putting your protein shake together? Only use water? Only use milk? Or what type and brand of protein......Big debate with my buddies over this!
How about recipes do you guys add to your shakes for extra calories or taste? Come on everyone lets share sons recipes...

Taste- Taste was excellent did not have any bitter taste at all punk lemonade was my favorite
Mix ability- very good no clumps or anything just added water mixed quickly and was perfect...
I am always looking for the next pre workout that will take my workout to the next level I've been stuck on no Xplode for a while and need to find something new! Would love to try this!!
