    awesome. I have always heard time on = time off, but i wasn't sure how important it was using different PHs that are working with different receptors. I had almost no shutdown on epi and did a taxo citrate and test booster for pct, but i'll wait it out and stare at the bottle some more :P

    I did an epi cycle over the summer, and had great results. I'm getting ready to go on "the one" and i'm wondering how long i should wait after PCT to start my next cycle. I came off epi about 9 weeks ago, but I've heard 90 days is a common waiting period after a PH. Just looking for some feed...
