i got a meltdown sample pack with me but haven't tried this product yet. if its got 150mg of caffeine total as mentioned, i don't think thats a large amount unless you are sensitive to the other ingredients. good luck dude.
the "feel good effect" from meltdown comes from the ingredient Phenethylamine (PEA). do a search on other fat burners containing this indgredient and see what you come up with. i'm sure they will give you the same good results that meltdown gives you, if not better depending on its other...
i've researched the ingredients of many of the "big name" whey protein products and many use the same high quality whey. it seems that the deciding factor is taste, price and brand name preference.

+1....walking is GREAT for maintaining a certain weight or for general good health but short intense workout/exercises that make your muscles burn and soak your clothes of sweat should really help with the fat loss. also, you would have more time in your day for other things. good luck.
