alright im thinking about using the natural test boosters containing tribulus....i wanted to know if anyone has experience with this and if this supplement would be illegal by the ncaa and possible side effects?
i think a problem might be my eating...i will usually have a meal consisting of chicken and rice at around 330 then i will take my noxplode at about 530...maybe i need to eat a little before the workout to ensure high blood pressure

i recently got my football workout for the summer and it is split mon tues thurs fri going lower upper lower upper.....now for my core lifts in bench and squat is says to go 5 for 10...has anyone ever done 5 sets or something like this
about 3 months ago i weighed in at 194 and used a caliper to measure body fat...which was around 10 percent and yesterday i used a hand held body fat scale and it posted an 18 percent..im around 208 now and realize i would gain some fat while bulking..but i eat clean and dont notice any major...
alright so i want to push my arms to grow...and i wanted to know some good pre-exhaust combos iso/compound..do you do iso then go immediately over to a compound exercise... or do you finish your iso exercise then go over to a compound?
ya i usually do shoulders and legs the same day...im training for football so mon back/tris wed chest/bis and friday shoulders and legs with some supersets of dips and pullups....tuesday and thursdays i will run sprints using hiit then stretch for a good 20 minutes to keep loose
