Hey everyone. New to this forum... I just bought Anabeta a couple days a go from NP. And im wondering.. I train mostly strength. Im talking like no more than 3 reps. Other than warmup exercises.
My best stats are:
Weight: 180
Height: 5' 8"
Bench: 365
Squat: 480
Deadlift: 480
