    ^This. Why is it beneficial to use multiple forms of Isolate Proteins? I myself cannot have Casein (rough on the stomach). Hence, having something that is a whole lot easier on the stomach is a win-win situation :)

    For Deadlifting, try loosening up your hips. Practice with 135's if you have to. It's a crucial lift!
