Supposed to enhance protein synthesis and their was an article not to long ago saying it can minimize subcutaneous fat when bulking. Any truth to this? Anyone have personal experience using the product? If so what do you think of it?
pectoralis major is one muscle. I understand were your coming from everyone wants a look that displays an impressive top portion
of the muscle but your upper chest is not gonna get bigger unless your "lower chest" gets bigger as well.

Ease into things keep your workout to like 9-12 sets a day max as your body adjusts into consistently lifting
