    great. thanks. I will change the nolva dosage to 20-20-10-10. I will change the 100mg to that 75mg in the second week. I prefer to take 75mg or 90mg three times aday. does it matter that much? so one at 9:00am-one at 2:00pm- one at7:00 ?
