    I lift in the AM, when I wake I have 40 g of PP in water, then pre work out drink, then train. I'll try upping the dose and see if that helps any...

    My bf % has gone up 2% of those 7-8 lbs, but like I said...I stared eating quite a bit more food...so it's hard to say if it's the ph or the extra calories... First go round with PH.

    I'm 4 weeks in on 1T-Tren and Animal Test, so far I haven't seen much change in strength. I've gained 7 lbs, but I've also upped my calories quite a bit. I'm eating very clean and training 5 days a week. Not much in sides... Hopefully I'll see some positives soon.
