Yeah ultimately you got to see what x amount of hormone makes your blood levels. 150mg puts me in the 900's but if 200 put me at 1800, I'd still consider that pretty much natural range, a lot more...

Weightlifting creates a increase in testosterone for like 15-30min lol. It has no effect on your blood work testosterone levels.
