I have an old knee injury from wrestling in college that aches a bit sometimes. Really don't have any aches and pains with curcumin. In addition it has show a ton of health benefits from prevention of all sorts of degenerative diseases to liver protection. There's really a ton of benefits.
Thanks for the update. Sounds very promising as you controlled for caloric intake. Too many people will start a supp change up their workouts and increase calories on top of it and then you have no idea if the supp did anything. The fact that you controlled that and are willing to post labs...
That sounds incredible...I have a couple pounds of stew meat and a tenderloin left...gonna have to try that.
Also very surprised more people don't go for game meats. My instate hunting license is $25 and I can come home with a crap ton of meat. Butcher isn't too expensive either if you want...
I'm back haha...here's one I made the other night

Pretty solid. After eating it I realized if you served it over mashed potatoes it'd be awesome
I think it also matters what kind of lifter are you? If you tend to be more explosive you should use a higher % for your speed work, if you're more of a grinder you should use a lower percentage (at least at first).
