    Yes, all of my workouts, cardio and lifting are done fasted. I can't get to the gym on a regular basis in the afternoon, so I just go before work. I knock back a protien shake as soon as I'm done, and eat after I shower.

    I use Ragnarok (Crushing Punch), and not only am I impressed with how well it works, but it also tastes great. This is my first time on a pre w/o supp. so I can't say anything about the above, but I like my Ragnarok!
