    162 lbs 5'11 21 yo just hoping to put on a few lbs of lbm id be more than happy with 8 lbs. Been training for years and having a hard time gaining more lbm even when i diet super on point and train all out mixing up workouts every few weeks

    Well guys, Ergonine finally came today. So far first impressions tells me the taste is really ehhh....not terrible but not good by any means...and it doesn't seem to mix too well...mixes very similar to that crap GNC Ravage...little balls of powder floating around. Anyway, about to hit some legs...
