I feel for you. I've been eating vit c like pez since I've restricted carbs/calories. There is some nasty stuff out there. My 8 yr old was in Orlando last week and was so sick paramedics had to come get him. Too dehydrated. Be safe.
I second, err, third that! You won't stop developing until 21. Adding anything to alter hormone balance could screw up your development which would have a lifetime impact.
Eat as close to natural as possible. Whey protein is safe. Add multivitamin.
