Im taking 6 M1D caps, 6000mg of buffered creatine, No-explode preworkout, and a whey isolate daily.... lifting 6 days a week, cardio 3 days a week... steadily gaining weight and making strength gains in the gym
I was actually planning on doing that but debated on it for my first cycle. I'm only 2 weeks into this cycle and only taking buffered creatine besides the M1D and im already up 12lbs.
I recently started my first PH cycle and just went off of a friends recomendation with the M1D. After reading multiple reviews it seems the M1D is outdated and the M1D Black is a better option. I'm a noob and I'm just trying to get some advice on the subject.
