I dont seem to feel any pre workout anymore, its kind of scary. I've used so many strong pre workouts and many different kinds. I am at a loss on what to use as well.
Shoot. I have never done anything more than creatine and recently started Halo Elite. & I guess it's a weak product. I guess I dont know what I'm doing lol.
Because when I researched it on google I didnt see anything negative about it. When I redownloaded this app I saw negative comments about it.. so I dont know if I should take it or not. Goal wise? Just getting lean gains and grow I guess.
