Bench press went from 225x6 to 245x5.
Max bench press went from 250 to 270
Incline bench press went from 185x5 to 205x6
squats went from 275x8 to 315x5
deadlifts went from 345x4 to 365x4
weight at the beginning was 189-190 at approx 11% body fat

sorry for not signing on the couple of days. ive had two workouts since last time. Did a pull workout. PRd on underhand pulldowns and got barbell rows for 3 sets of 205 for 8.

yea for sure. I was declared as a bio major my sophomore year, but i was horrible at chemistry. I made bio my minor and didnt have to take Organic CHem 1 and 2...thank god.

thanks a lot man! I plan on goin into clinical psych, specifically interested in neuropsychology. Where I am going I am not sure yet, but I have quite a few months before I needa make that decision. I am not interested in staying at UCF though
