    I'm going to adopt this method . for example today is lower body. Squat i will do 5 sets 5 reps then for leg extensions leg curls and such i will do 12 to 15 reps . til i feel that burn / pump. Do you suggest i do My last set till failure during cycle, for isolated muscle exercises? Thanks
