Well, I'm a father of 6 beautiful girls and married to a beautiful wife. I've been really training weight lifting since 2009 in Las Vegas ,NV. I only got started in weight lifting because i found out that I have GOUT...lol..yup u gottit. Ever since then, i fell in love with lifting. When i first started lifting, i had a hard time benching 135lbs with one plate...yes...it was crazy. Well I hooked up with the right gym buddies and hit 315 in a year and since I'm Samoan, it just made it alot easier and a lot of dedication.
2011 i moved to south las vegas, nv and started lifting at another Gold's gym. and there i met up with the one and only Eric "Vanilla Gorilla" Spoto. He trained me there for the next year and got me to 500 lbs bench press and along with Stan "Rhino" Efferding. yes these were my trainers and my heros in the gym. they are great friends and will always stay in touch with them. I now live in Oceanside, Ca. and workout in Vista at the World's Gym. Keeping up with my workout
