  1. Oatmeal soaking?

I'm pretty sure most rolled oats aren't raw and have the bran removed from them.
  2. What does everyone do for post-workout ?

    1 & 1/2 scoops whey w/ 7 plain unsalted rice cakes (50 grams carbs)
  3. What's the last thing you ate??

4 ozs of cooked chicken breast, 3/4cup cooked brown rice, 3oz broccoli, 3oz mixed veggies, 1/2 T low sodium Teryaki sauce, 1 t olive oil, cracked pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Pickles?!

no problem with that if you don't mind the bloat from the sodium. I mean all it is a veggies, salt, vinegar, and seasonings.
  5. Testosterone Diet

I know some say that keeping your cholesterol level high helps increase your natural testosterone. Diets effect each person differently. Its all about figuring out what is going to work for you. I personally like carb cycling but it is alot of work. Its hard to give advise when we don't know...
  6. Sweet Potatoes

I like a mixture of one teaspoon chili garlic sauce, 1 teaspoon steak sauce, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce on mine with chicken and broccoli The sweet, spicy, and vinegary combo is like a flavor explosion.
  7. Brown Rice recipes

you need to cook it longer than white rice. Put one part rice to two parts water in a pot. Bring it up to a boil. Reduce heat to "medium low" and cover, let cook for about 35 minutes or until all the water is gone. substitute some low sodium fat free chicken stock for the water to add a little...
  8. Need a good meal plan for bulking.

I cook a whole big bag of brown rice at once, lol $1.32 for 2lbs at walmart. Just use a big huge pot with a lid. Start with the rice and water together bring to a boil reduce heat to low but not too low or else it will cook all weird, cover the pot. On my stove I cook it on like the #2 or #3...
  9. hey i need help with my diet plan!!

yeah eat it everyday you train and on days you don't train just don't have the post workout meal (shake and simple carbs) Also you could probably do like 2 cheat meals a week where you just eat whatever you want. Eat like that for a month or two and see what kind of gains you get from that...
  10. Help to denature egg white and keep them liquid

They are pasteurized, the cooking process to eliminate the protein inhibitors is a done deal already. Tip your head back and chug!
  11. hey i need help with my diet plan!!

I'd do the whey protein mixed with water and 48 grams of natural peanut butter or 1/3cup of nuts. The extra fat will slow digestion and help it stay with you a little longer. I personally wouldn't mix it with milk for before bed. Everyone's body is different though.
  12. hey i need help with my diet plan!!

More of everything! You should be eating every 2-3hrs, so I dont think 4 meals is going to cut it. Something like this would probably get you started in the right direction. Breakfast: 4 scrambled eggs, 1 cup of "old fashioned" oats Meal 2: 4oz cooked chicken, 1 & 1/2cup of cooked brown...
  13. Shelf life on Test??

Don't dump it... I'll take it, lol. My dude I used to buy gear from killed himself after his wife left him.:grumpy:
  14. Do you eat bananas?

make sure you open them the "correct" way like a monkey does, it is really so much easier. You dont twist the stem off or anything. Flip it up side down and pinch the "tip" (get your mind out of the gutter, lol). The skin will split in half then just peel it down. Easy as cake! Give it a try...
  15. 4-5 meals a day is NOT good.

I would go with whole food before bed. 8ozs of chicken & 2T of Natural peanut butter is what I do.
