what is the time frame that ergomax would be detectable in one's system after a cycle? or is it even a decectable compound in a standard piss test?

for my routines i just pick a certain number of exercises depending on the bodypart.
chest= 4 lifts 2 sets each beyond failure
back= same
legs = same
bis/tris/ shoulders= 3 lifts 2 sets each beyond failure
ur split could look something like this
mon-chest
tue-back/shoulders
wed-off
thur-legs...
I'm currently training using HIT. I tried volume training for pretty much all of last year, didnt see much for results. I am growing at a ridiculous rate now compared to before. It all depends on your mentality and the style you like. I powerlifted in high school so this training style fits me...
