    Oh hell yeah pineapple is bomb on cottage cheese. i wouldnt suggest eating that before bed pineapple is super high in sugar i usually have it after a workout.

    Well like i said muscleegg.com flavored eggs is a lot quicker to prepare and taste is amazing. Also sometimes i have 4 eggs over easy with some sausage and toast in the morning with the musle eggs.

    Keeps everything clean and clear through out the night and it helps break down the cottage cheese quicker. Honestly just the taste of cottage cheese is pretty nast but throw in some apple slices and the taste is a lot better but thats just me.

    Awesome dude thanks. Is my routine good I mean throwing in some ab workouts would help out a little bit wouldn't it? I just want to get rid of fat and not lose my muscle I swear the more weight I lose the smaller my arms get my back and my chest its bugging me.
