Oh hell yeah pineapple is bomb on cottage cheese. i wouldnt suggest eating that before bed pineapple is super high in sugar i usually have it after a workout.
Well like i said muscleegg.com flavored eggs is a lot quicker to prepare and taste is amazing. Also sometimes i have 4 eggs over easy with some sausage and toast in the morning with the musle eggs.
Keeps everything clean and clear through out the night and it helps break down the cottage cheese quicker. Honestly just the taste of cottage cheese is pretty nast but throw in some apple slices and the taste is a lot better but thats just me.
Eggs are key to building solid muscle. Has everything you need for an all day digesting protein. I take a cup of the flavored muscle egg yolks every morning for a slow digesting protein through out the day. Check them out kinda pricey but worth it. Muscleegg.com

I just want to get rid of fat and not lose my muscle I swear the more weight I lose the smaller my arms get my back and my chest its bugging me.
Okay my cardio routine.
Walk 3 minutes
Run at 8.0 1 minute
Walk 2 minutes
Run at 8.5 1 minute
Walk 2 minutes
Sprint 9.0 1 minute
Then abs
50 Leg ups
60 bicycle kicks
REPEAT CARDIO
REPEAT AB WORKOUT
Then run a mile in 9 minutes
So question can I run this routine everyday I am trying to lose...
What's up people! I am having a crazy hard time with my nutrition program I have no freaking clue how to eat when to eat so on. I have the supps I have the perfect workout plan but the nutrition is the hardest thing for me!
so if someone can please help me set up a bulking meal plan for everyday...
Could use a little input on how I am looking and if I need to drop anything or add something.
