Yeah, they have sliced chicken sometimes but I think cut up eggs most of the time. It does have spinach and a lettuce medley.

Why do the prohormone warnings say do not take if you are using anti-depressants? I take a very small dose of an anti-depressant because I have insomnia and it helps me sleep. Is there any harm that it can do to your body by mixing these, or is it strictly mental?
