I do a much shorter version of this...
a light weight set for high volume explosive reps
a heavy weight low rep set for full activation of the muscle group
then into working sets
Slinshot brought me into the Purus Truth. But it's been a long time since I've had Purus product, let alone AminOD and NOxygen. I'm always searching for the best pump and vascularity supplements. I've been on a roll lately with my reviews and logs, but I haven't posted any here on AM yet...
I've always wanted to try more CL product... The extent of my experience is triad, triad greens, fish oil, and standalone greens. Been wanting to try pronom, glycergrow, purple wrath.
You asked the question I was going to ask. I've had the same problem myself with imbalance in my bicep Tricep training... Also not stretching my arms is what caused the real pain. So my question is do you stretch the Muscle groups regularly?

A few hours between workouts. Enough to get my post workout protein assimilation. I'll go one HemaVol scoop + one Conquer scoop per workout. I'm almost out of HemaVol and barely have 4 servings to ration out.
This is something I've been curious about. Muscle pharm, MTS and now iForce. I'm seeing them come out with a whey blend that's primarily concentrate. The kicker is the filtration method, but I'm wondering about how bioavailable the protein is.
Don't get me wrong, i love me some iForce. But...
I thought about that. I'm graduating from Astravar 2.0 and I'm paranoid about experimenting with how high of a dosage I need. I'm OCD about partitioning my supps into months too. Didn't plan on starting potassium nitrate til the beginning of December.
