  1. Epistane 3 weeks in, making decision tomorrow please help!

    Many people run epistane for 6 weeks. No reason to ramp the dose to 80 on week 4 and cut the cycle short IMO
  2. Epistane cycle and PCT

    I just finished an epi cycle but kept it at 30mg the whole way through and still saw consistent gains. I suggest starting at 30 and maybe going to 40 if you feel like it. Also I think you don't need that much creatine 20 grams is a lot pct and 10 is even on the high side during cycle.

    Can't blame you for that, muscle milk is definitely the best tasting protein powder. It just has to many fillers and extra vitamins that doesn't make it ideal for a protein shake.
