    Jack3d is not good for fat loss. Oxyelite Pro was exxxxxxcelent for me. I'm talking about 5lbs a week. I lost about 12 llbs in about a little over 2 weeks. Stuff just made me feel wierd so i stopped taking it. But i've had buddies lose 20+ lbs on a bottle and some of them will just sit around...
