Hi guys. I am turning 35 on Friday and thinking of getting HRT to return my levels to optimal. I haven't tested my levels lately but they were low before I was 30. I did cycles in my early 20's when I was competing but nothing for a few years now.
I have only just moved to Scotland (Edinburgh)...
I really liked this show. I was raised on a farm and up until 18 or so I always drank raw milk from our farm. Hopefully it offset any damage I got from Formula when I was a kid!
So they have lowered the range because more young men are showing signs of low test levels (from being "soyed?) that's like moving the obesity ranges because more people are getting fat. We need to know what is optimal if we are trying to be our best.

How are you? I am going to go and get some blood work done soon as I am just about to turn 35 and want to make sure everything is "optimal" and if it isn't I want to fix it asap. I feel like I have low test so want to get a base line first.
What is it that I need to check exactly that...
