    OP, I wouldn't worry about it. Its not going to be that huge of a difference. And worst case, you get a little extra protein. I cook my meals for the week too. I just buy 5-6 lbs of chicken from Sam's club, cook it all up, and measure out 1 cup of the cooked, diced breasts for each meal.

    I blend up the following in my magic bullet ever morning, tastes awesome: 1/3 cup oats 1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese 2 Tablsp natty PB 2 scoops protein blend (1 part ON casein, 1 part ON egg, 1 part Carnivore beef)
