agree with you whole heartedly , im working up to quitting smoking , not exactly the easiest thing in the world , and as for drinking i think i'll hold on to that for a while , but thanks for the reply
and how does it affect your diet ?
myself i smoke about a pack a day and drink regularly on weekends , now i really don't know how it affects my performance cause i've done it for as long as i can remember .
sure i know i could probably look it up on my own but as far as i can tell there are some really educated peole on this board so how bout it? i read on the website that they could be taken together , anyone with peronal experiences with this please comment , pointles? dangerous? whatever please...
