    Awesome I was hoping to be in that ballpark. Getting down to it took some intense effort. I think I should definitely add maybe 5 to 10 pounds of mass before trying to cut to 8. At the end of cut I had to come to realization that I'm just not big enough yet to really cut that lean and look good.

    Day 8: Weight-148.6 All lifts steadily going up a rep or two every workout. The pumps are amazing. This workout was the first time that I had insanely noticeable pumps. So far great results couldn't be happier

    Yes I am spreading the doses out as much as possible. I take the ARA at about 10 AM right before training then MassMaxx at 5 and 11 with high protein. Its the most I can spread it out so its whatever.
