  1. GVT vs regular 5 day Split

    FYI -- i combine 5/3/1 and gvt. i do 5 3 1, then my back off work is half of gvt, but i use about 70% or so and do 5 sets of 6 (i've seen 60% for 10 of 10, and 70-73% for 10 sets of 6 for GVT), so i'm doing 5 sets of 6 alternated with an opposite movement (so rows vs bench, pull ups vs chins...
  2. chewing tobacco while on ph's

    like an above poster did, i always dip swedish snus. does it have the same or less negative impact? i don't personally notice the drop in vascularity, but i could be wrongl thansk
  3. FROM STRENGTH TO BODYBUILDING

    Good log bud. Have you noticed bigger muscles or any body recomp since doing the bodybuilding work? I've had a couple of injuries and have been toying with more body building but it's toughing going whole hog. I know doing it right will result in greater strength over time tho (gotta mix it up).
