i work out 6 days a week, so what should my dosing of powerfull be. ive been doing 3 pre-workout and 3 pre-bed. is that good? And how should i take it on my rest day (sunday) after 6 days of working out?
I started with 60g of carbs but i think im almost up to 80g now. i dont really measure anymore but id say its around 2 cups maybe a little more. is this too much?

is taking a scoop of jack3d at about 5:00 am as soon as i wake up then doing 45 mins of cardio at about 5:30am then taking AP and having 8 egg whites and 2 cups of brown rice going to hinder reasults of AP. (this is on days where i do cardio in the AM and lift in the PM) also i was thinking of...
I take 1 scoop of jack3d at about 5am and do cardio for about 45 mins then immediatly afterwards take my first dose of AP and 20 minutes later i have:
1 scoop of wheybolic extreme 60 from gnc
8 egg whites
2 cups of brown rice
a p90x protein bar around 9:30am
second dose of AP about 11:40am...
