I wake up at 6 am , HIIT at 7.30 Am. My weight training is in the afternoon... Actually I'm using 200mg pills of caffeine PWO. I feel good focus but no more pump and no more strenght...

I know very well the nutrition and I think I got very good results so far. Dietary supplements (test boosters, ...) are new to me. With your help, I hope they will help me get a new step !

I'm actually at 12% BF. In the US, I have acces to the PES and USPlabs product, but not in Belgium. I wanna get lower my BF% and take 3-4 lbs of pure muscle. In this way, I can start a bulk (without too much BF%) in the month of Octobre when I come back in Europe.
