I've personal trained for about 10 years been a gym rat for as long as I can remember , I had the privilege to work with athletes from all sports . Ive trained people of all ages and fitness levels . I specialize in strength and conditioning I have held several nationally recognized certifications . I love to be in the gym it's my biggest passion. I train hard because I love to push my self to new limits and reach my goals , I'm dedicated and disciplined no doubt about that. I started lifting weights as a kid because I wanted to gain weight and muscle on my 13th birthday my stepdad gave me a pair of scuba flippers and I said what am I sposed to do with these ? He told me to wear them in the shower so my skinny ass didn't fall down the drain. So i decided then that I wanted to set a goal for myself and do whatever it took to get there , and when I got there I set another and another and I worked my ass off to get to each level . I still set goals for myself and I continue to work toward
