I have tried many different styles of workout but none of them come close to the MTUT style done by Dennis James. My body feels fuller and It pushes me each and every workout. This is one I will be going with for a while. It has started new growth and strength.
I'm currently taking that and I would have to say that it is a great product. I push through with focus and energy. In the short time I've taken it I can say that I have seen gains as well.

I agree that the first thing you should do is get your diet right and consistent then see where that takes you. Once you get that dialed in and gain as much as you can through food then I would try prohormones to get you more gains.
I have always had hard time building bigger legs. I am a power lifter turned body builder and can squat a lot. Recently I have switched over to doing ass to grass squats and have found that it has made a little difference in leg growth. What do you think about the two forms of squat on this...
If your trying to get bigger legs one thins you could do is have two leg days during the week. One day could be all quad exercises and the next day could be all hamstring exercises. I've found that it has made my legs grow and I normally have a hard time in that area.

I have found that when i am out of lifting that the best way to build my strength up is to do high reps of like 12-15 and using dumbells helps with strength because it isolates muscles more.
