More of a fighter than a bodybuilder. I'm getting a little older, slower recovery time so I don't train to fight pro anymore. (mixed martial arts, not boxing). Now, I'm becoming much more interested in bodybuilding. Not looking to get freaky huge but just very healthy, very strong and have a big and lean build. I'm 6'1" tall. I'm looking for a rock solid 225 lbs with very low fat percentage.
