    Hey guys. Diet - honestly, I have been eating mostly gluten free since my wife appears to have a gluten intolerance. Staying away from breads. Mostly chicken, steak, eggs, fruits, veggies. Starting tomorrow I am planning to clamp down a bit more on my diet. Sleep - Snoring, Mild sleep apnea.
