    "if" and that's a big "if" guided so called person he or she would not recommend visalus to that person, reason is there are alot cheaper products and better products out there.     Do you have any proof to back that claim about your shakes? because losing 30lbs and adding 12 in muscle sounds good to me. so what your saying is that just because of your shake you lost 30lbs and you gained 12 in muscle? no excersize no meal plan just shakes?? ive done so much homework on...
