    I wouldn’t recommend dosing gw at 20mg, your body will adapt to the higher dosages and will build a tolerance to it. I would start with 5mcg and taper up to 15mg, more doesn’t necessarily mean better take it from my experience 😂

    Estrogen is high probably you need some arimidex or aromasin, are you doing a pct cycle? If you don’t mind me asking what were you taking and your dosages, it could be that you’re sick if you’re dosing too high.

    Girlll, I saw your results on var you look amazing! I haven’t ran any gear yet, just HGH right now. When I did run var, I ran it up to 12.5mg! I think between 10-12mg is my safe spot then I start having sides. I think you’re right I should just taper down from 100-300 calories a week.

    I Wasn’t using gh during the comp, on the var I believe it was diet related as my ifbb friend told me no dairy on the var, oil, or added sugars. I think that’s where I messed up Bc I did an iffym approach to dieting, correct me if I’m wrong, but I haven’t use var since the comp.

    On your two weeks off you’re using GW? I would suggest running GW 4 weeks out because eventually your body will build tolerance to it, it happened to me at 3 weeks and I’m a female.

    I have ran an anavar cycle and have competed in 2 bikini competitions. I would suggest increasing cardio keeping the carbs the same unless you hit a plateau either slightly drop carbs or slightly increase fats
