    the problem isnt with how you're taking your stims, but that you're taking so many in one day.. everyone is concerned about your long term heart health from doing something like this. liv52 is amazing stuff..

    change it up.. new foods, new routine, make sure you're resting... what do you take supplements wise? i would consider a couple of cheat meals.. for example, all you can eat from 6pm-9pm on Sat & Sunday. Then back to dieting.. Look into the Anabolic Diet and C-K-D..

    there is a synergy between the E and the A.. Aspirin kills the belly after long term use, so some people drop it. You don't use it when you run ECY..

    PSMF > Velocity Diet (satiety mainly) I'd consider a good BCAA/EAA supplement, 30+ grams a day. CLA & L-Carnitine, morning cardio on an empty stomach. HIIT, full body workouts..

    DerickVonD, if your lower back is hurting you should watching your form or your weight or both. Also if you want to target the upper back just reverse your grip and lift your shoulders some, like a yates row. I do both.
